RBC IBD vs Citi CMO?

I have received two offers, one from RBC IBD and one from Citi CMO. I am not sure which one to pick and I'd love to hear some of your thoughts.

RBC lateral to BB of your choice is more likely than CMO lateral. If lateral doesn't work, RBC is a decent place, don't worry!
Assuming you want to do IB, because you posted it in the IB forum....
Take an IB job over a non-IB job. Name Brand is important but not so much that they'll take someone from a different line of work over someone with the same experience they're looking for because of it.
