What’s the compensation for the RBC Pathways diversity program? I saw it has a $5k scholarship the first summer and a $10k scholarship the next—is that in addition to regular intern pay or instead of the intern pay?

OP here, I didn't end up getting an offer but one of the interviewers mentioned how the scholarship was on top of the regular salary--that may be different year-to-year, though, so be sure to ask and don't take my word for it
