Could anyone that has gone through RBC's superday provide some information regarding how that process went? How were the technicals?
I'm a veteran at a target from a non finance background and was asked very basic technicals during my first round.

What office?
I did a RBC assessment centre in the UK for IB and got an offer. Know your basics but I also come from a non finance background and felt that technicals were not as expected as at the BBs. They asked me some things I couldn't really answer and I still got an offer -- they're willing to teach you on the job, they just want to see if you're capable of learning. If you've done MS or JP those are much tougher. I felt RBC was much more about company fit and they really liked when I talked about CSR and non-technical stuff like that. Could be different in NAM but I feel company values are similar across the board.
What was the "company fit" in your opinion?
