Not saying Santander > RBC (not for NYC at least) but Santander comp is literally higher so I have no idea what you’re talking about

 

Mate I know you got an offer from Santander, I’m working there - trust me it’s the same as any other bank at the moment (in terms of both pay and ‘culture’ - it’s not chill since the CS movement in, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing for the bank)

RBC for rn yes, but if youre a risk taker, starting out at santander now might reap some benefit if you're looking at banking long term (if you're thinking about staying at the same firm for a while).
