RBC's Women Advisory Program
Hey guys,
Has anyone been through RBC's women advisory program in Canada? I interviewed with them last week and still haven't heard back yet, does this mean I got rejected or do they send out rejection emails/calls? Any help would be appreciated!!

Are they still giving out interviews? I submitted my application on Aug 31, any idea how soon I should expect a reply/ rejection?

Are you talking about the Canadian WAP? because I believe the deadline for it was August 7th, so I'm not too sure how you managed to submit an application on the 31st. Perhaps you applied to the American version of the program? From my understanding, the Canadian one is unfortunately no longer holding interviews and has already sent out all acceptance/rejection letters around 10 days ago. Hope this helps!!
Hey thank you so much for your reply firstly, I really appreciate it. And yes, I applied for the American version. I didn't know there was a separate one for Canada. Hopefully I still have a chance at getting in.
Makes sense, I heard that they usually notify successful applicants mid-september so you should hear back soon. Good luck!!
For the WAP application, did any of you submit a cover letter or just resume?
