After talking to a couple people at the bank I was told to also contact HR to stay in the loop with the recruitment process but who do you actually reach out to (non-target so no formal team) and are you supposed to get on the phone with them similar to how you would with analysts or just send out a thought out email? New to the process so any info would help.
