Was wondering if anyone has any resources or websites they use from the internet to find past/recent deals advised by a bank. Some banks put recent transactions on their website but how do you find them if they don’t?

If you're still in school you can check if you have access to Capital IQ. You can source on bank, buy-side/sell-side, geography, deal size, industry etc.

Your school will almost definitely have access to some sort of financial portal whether that be capiq, factset, eikon, Bloomberg etc. Pretty much every school has one. It may just be a physical terminal on campus.
What is the purpose of this? To talk about in interviews?
There’s this company that does these deal sheet PDFs that are super helpful - don’t know if they have done any recently but would try to find those. Also would just ask some people while networking some big recent deals and then look them up on Google after.

Looked this up in my old files just for u - pillars of wallstreet. Super helpful for getting succinct summaries of deal rationale/multiples/synergies/advisors/etc.
I would only speak to large deals because obviously those are the most publicized. Btw over all my recruiting I think I only got asked to “tell me about a deal” in like 25% of interviews, but there was one time it screwed me over when I hadn’t preped an answer.
After that I always had 1 solidly memorized (mults/synergies/rationale) and 1 somewhat memorized (in less detail, just in case they told you to talk about a different one).
