Can anyone please help me out here by giving the names of some of the M&A deals completed by BofA in the last 12 months? I don't have access to CapIQ or FactSet but have multiple networking calls coming up and really need the names of some of the deals I can research to ask meaningful questions. Thank you so much!

I wouldnt bury interviewerd with deal related questions as most of the times they will not be involved so their knowledge will be very limited
Agree with the above, in any given deal maybe 10% of the group was ever involved in it. Ask general questions about the process and have 1-2 deals in case they ask you.
For finding BB deals, google Factset Flashwire Monthly (free) and click on the recent PDF and find a deal they are on the top of either buy or sell. If they're #4 on the advisory list, they didn't do much. This year Bank of America was on Grubhub, Taubman/SPG (canceled), Navistar, and CoreLogic/Senator - look at older versions of flashwire for completed deals.
