Does anybody know where to locate recent mezzanine debt rates/pricing? I'm trying to find a range of recent rates but have not been able to find anything. Thanks.

My guidance is based on market feedback and I've seen 12-14% cash and 2-8% PIK for $5-$15MM EBITDA companies - with more expensive PIK for mezz without equity warrants.
Please note companies of $20+MM EBITDA are likely to have VERY different pricing in today's market.
