Recruiting <1 Year IB Experience

Hi everyone, for a slew of personal and job-related reasons, I’ve decided that I want to leave banking ASAP, even before the one-year mark if I can. I’ve been applying and trying to reach out to people over the past couple of weeks, but so far all I’ve heard are crickets. Understand that job search is typically a slow process, but I’m wondering if I’m just wasting my time and energy trying to recruit in this god awful job market with under one year of experience under my belt.

To those that landed a decent exit early in their analyst stint, how did you go about recruiting? Also how did you find time to interview while working 80+ hour weeks?
