So I'm a sophomore and I'm gonna start recruiting for IB next month, but I don't have any prior IB experience.
I've interned at a search fund and was an FP&A analyst intern for a company. I go to a target school.
Will it be a problem if I haven't interned at an IB firm prior?

top EBs/BBs will probably be difficult. Grind technicals super hard and network like crazy. You have a chance since you go to a target school. If you go to an ivy i'd say you're okay tbh, I see so many ivy kids on linkedin get offers without prior internships.
