Recruiting for FT Before/During SA Job

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone knew the proper way to go about FT recruiting. I have currently secured a SA gig for summer 2019, but I am considering recruiting for other firms for FT 2020. I've noticed that some firms have already begun FT 2020 recruiting, and I was wondering if recruiting for these FT jobs would jeopardize my SA offer/position.

In other words, should I wait to FT recruit until the summer is over (to ensure the firm doesn't rescind my offer or something), or is it OK to start now/during the summer? Will recruiters at the FT group let my SA group know about my recruiting efforts? Will recruiting for FT before/during the summer affect the chances of me getting a return?

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone.

Yeah, and I've also spoken to some individuals who say other FT positions may open as early as May/June (applications considered on a rolling basis). Do you have any thoughts about the pros/cons of recruiting FT before receiving a SA return offer?
