Recruiting JPM and MS Full time
I’m doing a BofA SA internship this summer in HC group NYC, which I’m happy with, but I’m thinking of trying to recruit full time at JPM and MS after the summer to see if I can get something a bit better. I’m really interested in healthcare and would probably apply to HC at MS and JPM full time. I go to a target but don’t have an amazing gpa (3.5). How hard would it be to recruit full time at JPM and MS?

Does JPM FT recruiting require networking? I know they scrapped it for SA.
I recruited for JPM full time very recently. It is heavily networked based because of how ad hoc these FT processes are. Keep your contacts warm throughout your summer analysts stint because they will be the ones to tell you whether their group even has spots. Best of luck.
