Recruiting Timeline from Target School
I'm a second year student wondering how, if at all, the IB recruiting timeline differs when coming from a target school.

It 100% starts now for EBs, then in March you should see the first BBs go (probably Citi & CS).
Process starts now for EB's?? Isn't it a bit early for non diversity recruiting? I thought it kicked off in April/May

Yep, it did for us last year, even not-diversity. For HYPSMW type places, like PJT/EVR/Raine/PWP and a few more I think started interviewing in February. They probably have a few straggler/last-spot rounds through April-ish, but the first ones started in February
Realistic timeline to start is March 1st. Even the boutiques recruit into early summer, no analyst is going to remember you any more if you start banging his line the first week of February.
W guy above needs to relax. Realist timeline is EB apps open around 3/1 and start interviewing mid March/early April. BB apps open around 6/1 and interview all summer.
Only exception is sophomore diversity programs. Open for comments
Not the W guy, but have friends there who've told me about the same thing. Given that timelines get pushed up more and more each yr, would it not be surprising that they open early Feb?
