I know there's a lot of posts on cold emailing/getting referrals, but I was still a bit unsure of how to go about getting your application pushed. In some of my calls, the banker offered to push my resume at the end of the call, but I was wondering what's best to do when they just refer you to other bankers. Should I ask the other bankers to give my application a referral, or should I ask the first banker in an email? Thanks!
