So I am a senior at a nontarget and full-time recruitment hasn't yielded anything thus far. Shifting my focus to regional boutique investment banks. How should I go about trying to find a job at investment banks with no structured process? Have networked and done informational interviews but am unsure how to convert this to a job. Any advice is appreciated!

Keep going for it. But focus on getting into B School, take GMAT - get into Top 7 school, and then recruit for Elite Boutiques and Bulges to make as much money as quickly as possible to pay it off...should have done that in retrospect.
