REIB Technicals / REGAL Interview Questions

Looking to recruit for real estate investment banking (REGAL groups) this upcoming cycle. Was wondering if anyone has any insight on REIB recruiting, like group placement, recruiting separately, etc. Also, if anyone knows a good place to review technicals, study guides, and real estate interview questions, that would be very helpful. Thank you.

I'm also assuming they also ask normal IB technicals -

Incoming reib analyst.

Last I checked, the firms that recruit separately for real estate investment banking are MS, EVR, and JEFF.

Other reib groups are GS, BOFA, CITI, WF, MOE, LAZ through group placement. Some of diff focuses through REGAL, like Moelis on gaming and lodging.

Would understand why reib, reit valuation, have some understanding of the deals + IB technical interview questions. I ended up buying the guide on real estateinterviewing(dot)com, which was super helpful in getting my offer.
