REIT financing group
A little background on what exactly I'm asking: I've been called in to interview with a group that provides financing to REIT funds (Corporate Level, and Asset level financing).
So wtf do these people look for when investing at the corporate level of a REIT? Overall LTV's of the portfolio, WA Debt Yield, etc...? I struggle to think of qualitative factors that would make one REIT more attractive than another.
Anyone have some insight? FIG groups have always seemed very out there to me.
