Hey guys
So as part of an application to a banking early program I was supposed to submit my resume + a short essay on the same document via an online portal. Spent lots of hours wondering where the short essay submission panel was and ended up just sending in my resume online.
Its a fuckup + I also named a referral - wondering if there's a way to remedy this in the least painful way possible - I don't have any HR contact and the program's pretty exciting but mainly don't want it to reflect on the person who referred me.

That made very little sense
The application required resume and essay in same pdf. This person sent in only the resume. Had a referral and feels bad, doesn’t know what to do or who to reach out to
