Would specifically like insight into Greentech, Lazard, UBS, Guggenheim, and Barclays. Not too concerned about exits, more interested in dealflow and culture.

Barclays and UBS are dead. Minimal renewables deal flow. Greentech was relevant 10 yrs ago - not currently.
BAML has poor culture, but good deal flow. Not sure about Lazard - good deal flow though
