Requirements for equity research internship.
HI, I'm finishing my masters in finance and want to apply at Fidelity now for an equity research internship. Im close with one of the big portfolio managers there. They require an MBA, is it possible for me to list that I'm going for an MBA and worst case I can continue taking courses and instead of an MSF I will have an MBA? I have no work experience other than a 2 month commercial real estate internship? Do I have a chance of getting the job given I'm Family friends with one of the Big fund managers there?
