Restricted Stock Awards from Employer
Hello,
My employer is offering the following as a bonus:
Restricted Stock Awards: 1,000 Restricted Shares
I am some what familiar with how RSAs work, but I am unsure of the Restricted Shares part. Anyone care to explain? What questions should I ask about the RSAs?
Main questions: what’s vesting schedule and what happens in case of termination. Pretty simple
