Hello All - I’m currently at an industry specific firm (mentioned on WSO every now and again but prefer to remain anonymous) in NYC doing complex restructuring work. I’ve been working full-time in banking just over a year. Curious what my chances are of lateraling into a MS, GS, JPM type for a more generalized role with more upwards mobility?
