Restructuring Materials - pdf
Hi everyone,
Any suggestions on how to read up on restructuring and get a good grasp of terms, methodology, etc. Would you have some pdf books to share? I am also looking for a pdf version of the "The Art of Distressed M&A" by Stephen Moyer. It would be great if someone could share a version.

Oh also, you can read all the old posts on here (http://www.distressed-debt-investing.com/) and get a lot of good information. I think I can find you the Moyer pdf later, I can probably find it later I have a test soon though.
