Resume Help - First college?

I need help with my resume. I will post a brief profile about myself and than request you to further guide me on from when should I start my resume.

2003-2006 - Went to a University and dropped out due to low grades. 2006-2008 - Full time work in anon finance industry 2008-2011 - First class degree in Economics from top-10 UK university and Vice President of a club, decent extracurricular

Now I am the process of preparing a resume but from when should I begin the resume, from 2003 (right after high school) or 2006? If I start from 2003, I have explain about the first college and it will look negative on my resume on the other hand if I begin from 2006, it will hide the first college.

Some people told me that it is necessary to start from right after high school, some people told me it is ok to skip a few years.

I look younger than my age, if that helps.

Need your advise.
