Resume Inclusion - Interests and Activities
Should someone with 10+ years of experience include a section on Interests and Activities? Such items limited to "signaling" such as fine arts and wine (i.e., client facing) or resilience/energy (e.g., marathoner, mountain climber).
I always though that the Activities section should include things you truly enjoy. If you enjoy bird watching, put that. Maybe 1-2 activities should "show a skill or certain trait" but they should show who you are outside the office.
