A2A offers are not hard to come by for any analyst that's not completely bottom bucket, but it's a hard sell to get analysts to stay in banking
As in you’re interested in the average across all groups of all BBs? Because it’ll drastically vary by group.
Are more analysts leaving in their first year before their two year programs are up?
I think so. 3/35 of my class who started in July have left.
