A2A offers are not hard to come by for any analyst that's not completely bottom bucket, but it's a hard sell to get analysts to stay in banking
As in you’re interested in the average across all groups of all BBs? Because it’ll drastically vary by group.

I think so. 3/35 of my class who started in July have left.
