Ridiculous BNP online competency questions (for IB)

Many banks ask for some BS, but the questions are usually not so detailed, and even if you werent in such situation or you dont know what to write, you can google something up/make up something.

These 2 are so detailed, that they basically ask you to write down all 250 words, and they are so specific, that I find it very hard to BS so much and lie, which usually represents no problem. Tried checking wso behaviourial interview prep and some videos/texts on youtube for the inspiration, but it just doesnt work with this sh*t.

Not asking for anyone for help answering these, just wanted to share some nerd rage...

----
Questions:

Outline / give an example of when you have had to influence others and adapt your behaviour in order to achieve a goal. What specific approach did you take to ensure others were fully engaged? What obstacles did you face? What was the outcome and what did you learn? (250 words max)

Please provide an example of a time when you needed to adapt your approach to a project based on new information becoming available. How did you determine that you needed to change your approach? How did you deal with the ambiguity? What was the outcome? (250 words max)
-----

I understad influencing others but influencing+adapting behaviour+achieving goal+specific approach+fully engaging others?!

Adapting approach is ok, but adapting approach to fkin project+based on new information+how was it determined+how did I deal with ambiguity...

...

I think I could just write "Never happened in my life" or, even better, "fu*k you" and then just enjoy my eternal blacklist.

The thing is, nobody will read them anyway... Actually, they would probably invite me for the interviews without reading them first, and then read "fu*ck you" line once im there.

Honestly, I could answer both questions with stuff that happened pledging my fraternity. I could answer them again with examples from internships, and I could answer them again with examples from working abroad. I don't think it's too hard, really.

You know what? I'm going to apply to BNP.

in it 2 win it
