Interesting that there CEO had an in at Lazard, which they’ve openly discussed, and Lazard was there design partner and Lazard Analysts still think it’s shit…

Any insight into what it’s used for and who it is used by?

If you talk to any analyst at Moelis or Lazard...the answer is mediocre and underwhelming unfortunately

I worked in the AI committee on a BB arm - there's a couple other interesting ones. Will see the space prove itself out in the coming months 
 

moelis intern here it is TRASH, occasionally helps find something niche in filings

Rogo I do not know, it's like endex dot ai, they want to replace people's brain by doing the models etc. however if you want to get rid of monkey's work like drafting pitchdecks for random private companies (advanced company profiles etc.) you can try firmfetch

I used it when I was at LAZ/MOE and it was worse version of Chat GPT basically. They have some functions like creating a table with company profiles with logos but that's about it

Bumping this - it’s improved drastically so I’m curious to hear updated thoughts. 

Useful for sifting through public info and summarizing data. I basically use it as a chat bot to get the juices flowing and/or pull niche data that would otherwise take a while to find.

As far as building slides, models etc… dog shit.
