Damodaran all the way
Very decisive and helpful thread
Seeing as how Rosenbaum and Pearl were actually investment bankers, I would advise you to pick their book.
Even Joe Perella mentions in the foreword to the book that its greatest strength is that it was written by actual investment bankers who actually applied the concepts instead of some academic.
Rosenbaum and Pearl for the modeling and understanding banking, Damadoran corporate finance course for understanding finance in general and to build critical thinking skills, valuation for intricacies not covered in Rosenbaum and Pearl.
