Hi guys, I am joining an ECM team in July following a summer analyst role. I really enjoyed the experience but would like to rotate to an advisory team later on (no rush) to secure stronger exit ops and broaden my knowledge in general.
Have you guys completed a programme like this? Do people get offers to stay in their new teams or do they have to rotate back?
Also, for my bank specifically, someone on here mentioned (in 2018) that the best teams are Lev Fin, M&A, HC, TMT and FIG, which one would you pick?
