Currently at an OPS rotation program at BB (think: Citi/JPM/Bofa). Our program managers had a call with all of NAM and LATAM Analysts stating that the next rotation would have to be in your current LOB(which defeats the whole purpose of a rotation program.). Alot of people were mad about it. I am not trying to think much about it But I am very eager to know how I can make the best out of it. I am currently in Syndicate loan ops. Any advice would be greatful
