ROTC Cadet pursuing Investment Banking

I'm currently a rising sophomore and ROTC Cadet at a semi-target (Big 10) trying to go Reserves + IB Analyst route. Obviously this route is far less common than going Active Duty then going through a Veteran's integration program to get to IB. I feel like going the Reserves route is the best way for me to maximize my Army and civilian goals, however I'm still in the process of figuring that out. If anyone has gone through a similar situation, or knows a veteran/ current Reserves/National guard officer willing to give some insight, I think it would be really helpful as I get closer to commissioning.
