Rothschild Canada??

Hi - can anyone tell me how big is the rothschild Toronto team? Do they even exist? Whose the MD or President heading the firm? I know they hired some ppl many years ago as they were looking to expand But now I think a lot of has been rounded down. Can someone whose in a different rothschild office also chip in on this? I’d appreciate it. Thanks

Very small team - probably fewer than 4-5 bankers in Toronto and they have minimal deal flow. Team is led by David Drinkwater, who is a former corporate CFO / Osler lawyer. Toronto office focuses on mining, but their actual mining group is based in DC and handle the execution.

Rothschild actually used to have a decent sized team in Montreal, but moved them all down to NY in 2013. They also had a Calgary office at one point but I believe they have since closed it
