Based on the most helpful WSO content, here's what I can share:

1) Analyst Salary and Bonus: While the exact figures for Rothschild & Co in London aren't specified, the industry standard for an IB Analyst in London is around £50,000 - £60,000 base salary with a bonus that can range from 20% - 100% of the base.

2) Strongest Teams for PE Exits: The general perception is that their Healthcare (HC) and Consumer Retail Leisure (CRL) teams are seen as top tier. These teams are likely to provide good PE exit opportunities.

3) Ability to Lateral to BB: It's not uncommon for analysts to move from Rothschild to a Bulge Bracket bank, especially if they have strong deal experience. The timing can vary, but it's typically after 2-3 years.

4) Teams Working on Large Cap Deals: Again, the HC and CRL teams are generally seen as top tier and are likely to work on larger deals. Each team's USP would depend on the specific sector trends and the team's expertise.

5) Rothschild or Evercore (London): This would depend on various factors like the specific team, the individual's career goals, etc. Both are highly respected firms with strong deal flow. Evercore might have slightly longer working hours but could potentially offer higher pay and possibly better PE exit opportunities.

Remember, this is a general overview and the specifics can vary. It's always a good idea to do your own due diligence and speak to people who work there to get a more accurate picture.

AN1/2/3 is £70/£75/£80. Disappointing given they pay $120/$130/$140 in the US. TC is generally in line with the BBs, think 50-60% bonus. Best teams are probably HC and CR&L. Both are top 3 teams in London. Industrials are probably just after those. NMR does typically work on MM deals, but deal teams are leaner than BB. MF PE exit will be difficult, MM exits are common from all teams. No one typically exits to BB. Evercore pays a lot more than Rothschild - though their presence is still far shallower as it's only been around a decade since the integration of Lexicon. Hours won't be materially different. MF PE exits are difficult from all EBs in London, BBs are really optimized for this.

MF exits are pretty much of equal difficulty if not easier for your top 4 eb's(laz/rth/evr/pjt) in London and your bb's outside of the top 3. Just because you hear less of them doesn't mean that's a universal experience. I Personally can name 12 mf pe/pc exits in the last 2-4 years at one of those firms but that's just cause I work there. Considering analyst classes of about 20-30 that's around a 10-15% MF exit rate, which Is pretty incredible in the uk and in most years could only be marginally beaten by the top 3 bb's.

You probably classify most mf exits as ones that fit bx/kkr/apo profile but some of these aren't even mf's in Europe. Admittedly though, those do seem to have a preference for top BB in ldn.

Overall MF PE exits are of equal difficulty for most bb/eb below gs/ms/jp in London and it is still incredibly difficult for gs/ms/jp anyways.
