Q1 2022 Global Advisory (what they call IB division) revenue was up 5%, and M&A was up 10% in the first quarter of 2022
That was globally. The Q1 report doesn’t break it down by region much.

Best groups are Rx, C&R, and Industrials. They paid lights out for analysts last year ($220k AN1 minimum) so it seems to be working.

I've heard AN1 getting $200k+ from current analysts. I'm not sure on the "$200k minimum" that OP said. Either way still solid pay
