Rothschild / Moelis (Associate / VP) Compensation in Dubai

Hey guys, what can someone expect for compensation in Dubai (base + bonus + housing allowance) at these shops at various levels? My understanding is they pay in USD

I've seen data points on this forum for Associate 2 at an EB (US$152k base + 60 - 120% bonus) but it was before COVID. Is it US$175K base now?

Associate 3

VP 1

Any data point would be great. As always, I appreciate this community's help!!!
