Rothschild vs. Mid-tier BB FT 2022
Have a return offer at one and a superday at another. Curious to know the merits of each program for PE exits/culture/comp.

^^but I would say BB if U.S. just imho can exit to bigger/better places if prestige is important to you. Have heard Rothschild is better for people looking to stick around in banking awhile (can anyone affirm?).
I've heard the same about career banking too. They barely take any MBA associates (only 6 vs 29 undergrads this year).
So maybe exits aren’t as good then? Not so sure. Also wonder if OP is in NYC — Rothschild there may have better exits than the Chicago office but again not 100% on this.

US, leaning BB but wanted to see points for Rothschild for those wanting to go to PE. If I wanted to be a career banker, would probably lean Rothschild for sure.
I would take the BB if you are more interested in exits.
