Rx technicals?
Hi, I've got an AC coming up for Rx at a top firm and I'm wondering how people have gone about learning technicals in the past? I've been recommended Moyes on Distressed Debt, but seems very time consuming (400 pages), I'm wondering if anyone has any PDF's they could PM me? Not in the financial situation to buy expensive guides unfortunately, esp for a single AC.
Is this for London?
yeah
Is it for Evercore or PJT? Intern or full-time?

Have already gone through the top 15 in this guide, but I'm presuming there will be more advanced questions compared to this in an AC?
Buy the guides from this website. $30 and they are the best out there
Possibly yeah (I've never interviewed for an RX role in IB before) - also look through cap tables (which should include debt tranches), liability management, financial ratios (debt/EBITDA, fixed charge coverage ratio, etc) if you haven't already done that.
http://sellsidehandbook.com/interview/restructuring-investment-banking-… has q's on liability management, cap tables, in vs out-of-court restructuring, etc. Some of the questions may overlap with the other link I sent.
Moyer is basically the bare minimum to understand so you can’t really not read those 400 pages.
If they’re in a crunch, then the Moyer summary from Rx interviews.com is fine. Moyer is not that readable (or well written IMO) - I read it once and used it like a reference thereafter.
