SA 2019 Offer Rates (All Banks)
Hey everyone. Hoping everyone could share what they know about banks' offer rates this summer for the SAs, so people that are recruiting FT have a better sense of where spots might open up.

bump
Well internships aren't finished yet so this information literally doesn't exist yet - save your bumps for towards the end of 1st/2nd weeks of August
to be fair w 2 weeks left most interns likely have an idea of who wont get return offers and whether spots will open up
You're not wrong, but doesn't hurt to get a thread started so people can start sharing information sooner rather than later.

I heard the BAML offer rate this year was only going to be 30%. Not sure if they’ll look to FT to hire
Who did you hear this from? And is this across all groups?
Could understand if that's for S&T, but seems very low for IB? Can you confirm which division?
This seems super weird unless they massively overhired. BAML is also looking to promote a lot more analysts to associate (which I personally don't find realistic) so it seems like they would need a lot more analysts
Are you guys really trusting the word of a guy with one banana? Even GS doesn't have 30% offer rates - no one wants to hire their entire class again.

It’s when you comment to make the thread more recent. Which pushes it to top of thread list.
