WTF is up with RBC anyways? They've always been the earliest by a wide margin, I've never seen another bank get even within 6 weeks of their timeline. At least for opening their processes, no clue on how long they actually run.
Lmao they're doing all they can to poach top talent
Anecdotally, RBC also arrives an hour before every bank to secure the best 7 seats in the boardroom. Maybe its just their dna
