BBs are paying first year analysts 60k salary. So unless you suck and aren't getting a bonus, 60k is too low. I'd say your numbers are outdated by a few years and are underestimating based on the most recent bonus cycle. Of course, I think 70mm is too much on the high end as well.

Not everyone is in BB, maybe some are getting 60k. However, I do agree this seems a little low for an all-in amount.

Putting $70MM in there is absolutely ridiculous. Not that it can't (and doesn't) happen, but you can't put that in a table like this.

With that out of the way I would say that all-in-all this is a decent guide.
