This can be tough but I would always recommend starting out by thinking of some key instances where you have added value to the company in the past 2 years.

Also, don't limit yourself to a specific figure but have a range in mind you can work toward. It's more likely that you will be back and forth with your senior in negotiating a new salary, so best to have a range rather than an exact figure. Base this on online research from similar/same roles within or external to the company.

Practice how you're going to put this request forward in speaking terms. Make sure you remain confident and, as a rule of thumb, avoid accepting the first offer. It's usually better to ask for 1-2 days to mull things over.

Lastly, ask your employer for key metrics that determine your salary and, assuming you've negotiated a new salary, kindly ask for this in writing for your records.
