Salary Progression at EB/MM
Was starting to take more interest in IB lately and have stared to pay attention to EB and MM banks more. I know that they tend to pay more and I’ve seen figures in Bonus discussion threads, but what is the typical projection as they go past their 1st analyst year as well as 2nd &3rd? Also the associate role through MD?
If it’s been answered before I understand could you link the threads or somewhere to get the information?
