It’s a regional boutique focusing on the entertainment space. HC and RE are other areas of focus. They do both WM and IB. Not sure about comp but it is W-2. (boutiques tend to pay analysts 10-99 so figured I’d point that out). They have the WSO training package and spend the first 6-8 weeks training analysts in their off hours. Many MDs sit in on the trainings alongside the analysts. While they have industry groups, they make sure to give their analysts exposure to all areas. People I spoke to were very personable and knowledgeable.
