Sample NAV Model for a Mining Company

Does anyone have a NAV model for a metals & mining company that I could have a look at? I have a phone interview next week and hope to gain more insight on the financial modelling. I ran a search and couldn't come up with anything. If anyone has a model or have a link, please PM me. Thanks!

I don't have a LOM mine model saved down on my personal computer but I am more than happy to walk you through the intricacies of how one works. A good starting point would be going to a mining company's website and downloading a filed NI 43-101 report for a project that is past the exploration phase. If the project is already operational, the report will most likely include everything you would find in the excel model that gets you to an unlevered valuation as well as NAVPS figures (basically the entire model in a more presentable display).

Trust me, if you get your hands on a fully comprehensive mine model it can be a bit difficult navigating your way through if you don't have much experience with how mines operate. Send me a PM.

Thank you sir! SB'd. I will take a look at NI43 - 101 as you mentioned.
