San Francisco - Perella, Lazard, Moelis

Found older treads about these offices, but I still can't seem to piece together how strong these tech boutiques are. Does anybody know about these offices' recent deals? Recent transactions? or Exit opps?

And with Moelis, I'm inquiring about what is happening coming out from the Palo Alto office.

PWP tech in SF is ex-lehman/barcap internet; know a guy who was there when PWP started but left a while ago so not entirely sure what they're up to

Lazard tech in SF is a satellite office - pretty small maybe 12-13 bankers total; I think they cover west coast tech and the Boston office handles a majority of the tech deals (could be wrong though)

Dunno a ton about Moelis Palo Alto besides the office is extremely small

Overall I'd say Qatalyst is significantly better than all 3
