Santander IB Bonus Numbers in 2026?
We know Santanders base comp is in-line with market, but I was curious if anyone had any insight into what their bonus have recently looked like given the CS migration? Looking for AN-ASO numbers.

What about ANs who started there? Interested in Levfin/FSG/REGAL numbers
Don’t have specific numbers, but have buddies at San, CIBC, & TD LevFin and numbers were really solid last year (in line if not slightly higher than BBs).
