Did couple of competitive internships here and there, in which I managed to perform.
However, never worked in a TRUE SWEATSHOP and I am afraid I will not make it.

It’s only 2 years, it will be painful but doable and you will have great exits.
Those groups have maybe the most inefficient analysts on the street due to diversity/nepo, so the "sweatshop" rep just comes from them taking longer to finish their work lol
^ embrace it. And most importantly, don’t quit. Channel your energy into getting out after two years
How can you possibly recruit if you work so much?
