Scoopbooks vs WSO IB Interview Guide

Looking to start preparing for the FT recruiting season in a few months. Does anyone have an opinion on which is better? I've heard a few people mention that Scoopbooks might be a little outdated but I have also read great things about it here.

Also if I were to buy the Scoopbooks Interview Guide should I also buy the practicioners guide as well? I am attending one of the Wall Street Prep Modeling and Valuation boot camps next month so i'm not sure if that would have any added benefit.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Why would you come to a site that sells an interview guide and ask if it is better than something else?

Because Patrick isn't Stalin and this isn't Russia? OP, I always recommend Scoops Practitioners Guide to the new guys as it's very thorough and easy to read. The WSO guide is in more of a cliff notes structure but is highly relevant, comprehensive, and well done. I would probably give a slight edge to the WSO guides primarily because they are so succinct and provide the most current information.

Sil Thanks for the reply. Yes I have already paid for the WSP bootcamp. Can you elaborate on what you mean by overkill?
